      Shakeology include 500 mg of Chia Seed. I’m unsure what 500mg looks like but I’m sure add a little extra to your shakes won’t hurt. I didnt realize all of the health benefits you get from eating chia seed until i started doing the research. I just heard that I should add it to my diet because it was good for you. I know that Whole Foods carry it.
