Another great workout for beginners or the intermediate fitness level is 10 Minute Trainer. It was created by Tony Horton the creator of P90X. It’s great for all fitness levels and you will achieve the results you’re looking for without having to dedicate an hour each day to your fitness program. It’s designed for people who want to get fit and but don’t have a lot time in their schedule to workout. You can mix and match each ten minute workout to design a fitness program and routine for your fitness needs. This is an awesome fitness program that delivers great results.
I also recommend Power 90. It was also created by Tony Horton and a lot of P90X’ers started with Power 90 before graduating to P90X. It’s a great place for beginners and intermediate fitness level to start. The workouts are 30 to 45 minutes and work your entire body as opposed to focusing on one area. These types of circuit workouts are great for burning fat while building lean muscle because it creates a cardio affect that increases your calorie burn thereby helping you to achieve great results in a short period of time. Power 90 is the first fitness program launched by Beachbody.
