What Is Les Mills Combat?
Les Mills Combat is the first ever martial arts inspired home fitness program. It is based on the popular gym class taught around the world, Les Mills Body Combat. Les Mills Combat incorporates various forms of martial art techniques to make up a fun, fat blasting workout. You will be doing moves from karate, kung fu, tae kwon do, muay thai/kickboxing, capoeira, boxing and jiujitsu. This workout is designed to burn calories and melt fat to sculpt a lean body. The success of Les Mills Combat is based on the Fast Twitch Integration Training which is the secret weapon that helps your body to burn up to 1000 calories per hour helping you to get chiseled abs, arms, legs and shoulders.
What Is Included in Les Mills Combat
Les Mills Combat comes in three different kits – Les Mills Combat kit, Supreme Warrior kit, Ultimate Warrior kit. The Les Mills Combat package includes 7 workouts, fitness guide, nutrition guide, tape measure, measurement tracker and the 60 day workout calendar. Superior Warrior package includes everything in the Les Mills Combat plus the Les Mills Combat training gloves. The Ultimate Warrior kit includes everything in the Superior Warrior kit plus 4 additional workouts.

- Les Mills Combat: The Basics – this is a 3o minute workout that reviews the basic techniques as well as martial arts guard and stances that are used in the Combat workouts
- Les Mills Combat 30: Kick Start – low impact but high intensity workout that will includes Combat combination moves
- Les Mills Combat Power Kata 45 – Kata’s are martial arts training methods that help to develop technique and flow. This workout combines speed and power with cross training.
- Les Mills Combat 60: Extreme Cardio Fighter – this workout will challenge your endurance and push your body beyond its fitness limits with high repetition sequence moves
- Les Mills Combat 60 Live: Ultimate Warrior’s Workout – hard driving blend of martial arts moves featured in the Les Mills Combat programs that include work on upper body, legs, butt and core
- Power HIIT 1 – High Intensity Interval Training that includes short bursts of maximum effort followed by a short recovery to help you get fitter faster
- Shock Plyo HIIT 2 – Uses propulsion exercises to improve athletic power and endurance, pushing you into peak performance mode
