Today is the first day of my Eat Clean Diet Stripped weight loss plan. I read the book and understand what I need to do over the next 28 days to lose that last 10lbs.  I’m currently doing P90X and I’m in the final phase but I know to get the results I really wanted to see I had to make changes to my diet.  Instead of following my regular eat clean diet, I’m going to follow The Eat Clean Diet Stripped which is a little stricter version of the original weight loss plan.

This new book, The Eat Clean Diet Stripped, was recently released by Tosca Reno. It is a short but simple weight loss plan designed for those people who have reached a “diet plateau” and need to lose that last stubborn 10lbs to reveal a more defined and toned body.  Although I followed the basic guidelines of the P90X nutrition plan which is no different than The Eat Clean Diet, I needed to tweak what I was eating so I could get the results I wanted. All meal plans are guidelines but you have to do what works for you and your body.

The basic guideline of The Eat Clean Stripped weigh loss plan is to take away some of the foods you’re eating or add things you’re not eating so that you can lose the last bit of weight.  For example, I have to remove ALL sugar from my diet. If I’m using artificial sweeteners then I have to remove them from my diet for the next 28 days.  I also switched from Light Vanilla Soy Milk to Unsweetened Organic Soy Milk. The book is based on the guidelines that fitness models use to get ready for a competition.  So this diet does restrict a few foods but it’s not so restrictive that you’re hungry.  As a matter of fact, I haven’t felt hungry all day.

The Eat Clean Diet Stripped has a two week weight loss meal plan that you will repeat to complete 28 days of the diet.  The book also outlines exactly what you should eat each day.  I’m not following the plan verbatim because I do not eat beef or pork and some of the meals/recipes call for beef, pork or other meats.  I’m hoping that will weight loss plan with be what I need to finally get me those toned defined abs I’m looking for.
