      It is and the challenge and burn really came when I graduated to Pump Extreme and Pump Revolution which are both 55 min workouts.

    us ladies in our 40s and beyond really need the rep effect, i was never one to have much muscle. after one round of les mills pump, i am always feeling my upper arms now!! ive got a little definition there now that i never had before! LOVE IT!!

      Not only are the workouts effective but the trainers are awesome and you’re right it’s hard to get bored w/this workout!
